This policy explains what NetZeroWaste LLC (“NetZeroWaste,” “we”), an Arkansas limited liability company, located at 4149 Cook Rd., Bentonville, AR 72713, collects through netzerowaste.co and what we do with it. It covers this website only.
We are based in the United States, and this site is intended for visitors in the United States.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you enter. Along with your message, our system records the time you sent it, the page you sent it from, your browser's user agent, and your IP address. We use the IP address to limit spam and repeated submissions. The time, page, browser user agent, and IP address are included in the copy of your message that we receive by email, so they are kept with your message.
When you visit any page, our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify you. The site does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking tools.
How we use it
We use what you send to read and reply to your message, to keep a record of our conversation with you, to protect the form from spam and abuse, and to confirm that the form is working. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to. If you do join a list, every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, and we will honor it.
Who else handles it
Your message is delivered by email to our team. To do that we rely on service providers that handle it for us: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sends the form message), and Google Workspace (our email). We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger, or similar change in our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
A copy of each form message, including the technical details above, also goes to LuminaForge, the company that builds and maintains this site, at its own business email. LuminaForge uses it to confirm the form is working and to keep track of the work it does for us.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages in our email for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your messages. When you do, we will delete them from our mailboxes and ask LuminaForge to delete its copy, unless we need to keep a record for a legal or legitimate business reason. Our email and sending providers may keep backup or log copies for a limited time under their own policies.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send, including encrypted connections to this site. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial account numbers through the form.
Do Not Track and similar signals
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow other companies to do so through this site. Because of that, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site works.
Children
This site is meant for businesses, utilities, and investors. It is not directed to children or teens, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
This site links to related companies, including BBB Septic, VibraWaste, and CleanWater Farm. Those sites have their own practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Your choices
To ask what we have, correct it, or delete it, email jon@netzerowaste.co or call (479) 777-8332. We may need to confirm it is you before we act, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you already sent us, we will post a notice on the home page first.
